Students also identify the 5 types of context clues and which type is used to determine the meaning of an unknown word in a given sentence.<\/p>\n

Short on time to teach grammar?<\/strong> This simple 5-day routine with detailed lesson plans allows you to teach, practice, or assess your students in 15 minutes or less each day. The daily routine includes engaging whole group practice and fun partner activities. The easy-to-grade context clues worksheets are ideal for practice, reinforcement, morning work, or homework.<\/p>\n

An included creative reading passage allows students to determine the meaning of unknown words and identify the type of context clue used to do so. On Friday, students are assessed with a short, easy-to-grade quiz.<\/p>\n
